- Light your sage stick from one end for about 15-20 seconds and then gently blow out the flame just like any other incense stick

- You can diffuse the smoke after few minutes so that you can use the sage stick again. Depending on how long you let it burn, you can reuse the same sage stick multiple times.
- It is advisable to keep the sage stick in a heat proof dish/bowl with some sand which will help in diffusing the smoke after use.
