1. Order Related
What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll share another update with the tracking link and expected delivery date.
If you’d like more details, you can also call us at 987-135-6030 between 11 AM - 6 PM (Mon - Sat).
Can I change my order after placing it?
We can modify orders only if they haven’t been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is marked as “Shipped”, “In-Transit”, or “Out for Delivery”, we’re unable to make changes.

Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at hello@thezencrystals.com
Please note that cancellations aren’t possible once the order status is “Shipped”, “In-Transit”, or “Out for Delivery”.
2. Payment Related
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.
3. Shipping Related
Where do you ship?
We currently deliver to almost all serviceable pincodes across India. We also ship world-wide.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours.
Once shipped, delivery takes approximately:
- 3-5 business days for Metro Cities
- 5-7 business days for Non-Metro areas
Note: Made-to-Order items may take longer, and estimated time will be mentioned on the product page.
What if I’m not at home when the delivery arrives?
If you’re unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery or contact you to schedule a suitable time.
In some cases, you may need to collect your parcel from your local courier office.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

received a broken or damaged product. What should I do?
We’re truly sorry if your product arrived damaged.
Please email hello@thezencrystals.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The outer package
- The inner product and damage
We’ll immediately process a replacement for you at no additional cost.
Can I exchange a product?
Exchange is applicable only if the product you received is damaged or defective.
Once we verify the issue, a replacement will be sent, and a pickup will be arranged for the damaged item (if required).
Please do not hand over the defective item to the delivery person; a separate pickup will be arranged.
How are refunds processed for COD orders?
For COD purchases, we’ll request your bank account details to process the refund through NEFT.
Refunds are not issued to wallets or UPI IDs.
How long will my refund take?
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and is inspected, the refund is initiated within 5-7 business days.
