Shipping:
- We offer free shipping on all pre-paid orders above INR 500. For pre-paid orders below INR 500, a shipping fee of INR 50 will be applicable.
- For Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders, an additional INR 30 COD fee will be charged.
International Orders:
- International shipping charges are calculated based on volumetric weight. The shipping rate applied at checkout covers orders up to 500 grams. If your order exceeds this weight, the shipping cost will increase, and our team will reach out to collect the differential amount. This shipping cost does not apply on silver items as well irrespective of the weight due to shipping restrictions with gold/silver items.

Delivery:
- Orders are typically dispatched within 48-72 hours from our warehouse. Once dispatched, delivery times are:

Please note that these timelines may vary in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political disruptions, long weekends, or high demand periods (e.g., festivals or End of Season Sales). For updated dispatch times, kindly refer to our Announcement Section. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we will keep you informed in case of any significant delays.
Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also track your order by clicking here (not applicable for international orders).
- For International orders, tracking details will be shared via email. Sometimes, the tracking is generated when the parcel has reached the destination country and it can take us 10-15 days or more to get the tracking links. Tracking may not be available for certain countries. Please be assured that your shipment will be delivered and if you need any assistance, feel free to contact our support.
Important Information:
For our domestic orders we partner with third-party courier services such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom, or, for certain rural areas, India Post. Any delays on the courier’s end are beyond our control. If your shipment is delayed or stuck in transit, we will assist you in connecting with the relevant courier company’s support team. Please note that we cannot expedite shipments, and we aim to set realistic expectations in this regard. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
