Refund/Return: This item is eligible for a refund/return only if you receive it broken. In such cases, we will need a photo or an unboxing video. Contact us immediately to assist you in the fastest way possible. Due to COVID, we are not accepting items that have been used.

NOTE: This product is handcrafted and hence may have minor imperfections that should not be misconstrued as flaws. All the natural stones have some lines and spots which are not possible to remove (in case of gua sha). Color may also slightly differ due to photography or display settings.

5-10 working days for non-metro or remote areas.
15-30 working days for International orders.

This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within India are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days. International orders may take 15-30 days to deliver.
