Authenticity - The mala will be shipped with the Lab authentication certificate issued by the gemologist.
Note: The product is handcrafted and may have minor imperfections. The crystal beads are natural and pure. Some beads may have minor cracks or pores which is completely normal and should not be misunderstood as a manufacturing defect. The photos are shot in a studio environment and color of the actual product may slightly differ. We do not guarantee the exact color as each bead is unique. We will not be able to accept any refund requests on the basis of color.
Shipping Information - Order processing time is 24hrs and it may take between 3-7 days to deliver your order depending on your location. For faster delivery, choose prepaid option.
Warranty - The product comes with a 1-year free repair warranty. If the mala breaks, we will repair it without any additional charge. You will be responsible for collecting all the beads and shipping the mala to our warehouse. If more than 5 beads are missing, we will only charge for the number of beads required to fix the mala. Please note that in such cases, you will have to bear the shipping charges to and from the warehouse.
