Your tree will be delivered to you in a compressed form to ensure secure in-transit movement and delivery. It is very easy to set up the tree and totally depends on your liking. It feels like meditation to set up the tree as it requires your attention and creativity! Please be careful of any sharp ends while untangling the wires.

Shipping Information - This is a made-to-order product and we are only accepting prepaid orders at this moment. We start preparing the tree after the order is confirmed. It takes 3-4 days for the tree to get ready for shipping and another 3-5 days for it to deliver. Due to the high volume of orders, the wait time may increase. We request your patience and cooperation.
Warranty - The product comes with a 1 Year free repair warranty. If the tree breaks, we will repair it without any additional charge. You will be responsible for collecting all the chips (if possible) and shipping the tree to our warehouse. Please note that in such cases, you will have to bear the shipping charges to and from the warehouse.
